WHAT I AM ABLE TO DEPICT:

1. Original Characters (with proper visual reference).

2. Any JP Cartoon (Anime) variation of a Real-Life individual.

3. Heterosexual Partners or Partners of Every Other Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity (LGBT+).

5. 18+ Art/Artistic Pornography and also Artistic Nudity.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO COMMISSION THIS IN PARTICULAR. IF YOU ARE NOT EIGHTEEN YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, I WILL BLOCK CONTACT FROM YOU.

6. Gore Art.
The 18+ Rule also applies here.

7. Any Weapons (Visual Reference Required).

a. Canon Age between the characters
means nothing to me if there’s an image difference. It is uncomfortable.

🟒 4. Any content that will display hate, offense, disrespect, intolerance, disdain towards anything (character, person, shipping/pairing, movement, race, ethnicity, etc.).

TERMS OF SERVICE:
BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO MY SET “TERMS OF SERVICE”

1. You must read and “Accept” everything listed within the listed “Terms of Service” before requesting a 'Slot'. This prevents a hassle and possible miscommunications.


2. Only messages sent via any other form of a
private messaging system—written in the Commission Form format will be taken into consideration.


3. Anything that is not related to Commission will be unanswered. If you wish to talk to me, make a separate Private Message.

An exception to this rule is that you are sending a message to ask if any slots are still available, or that you may be/are interested in commissioning me.


4. Please know exactly what you wish to commission from me (Character<s>, Background, Setting
Details, etc.).

5. The payment must be sent in full before I start your Commission.


6. I will not refund payment after it has gone through (though, with certain exceptions).


7. REPEATING AD NAUSEAM: I will NOT sell Mature Art to those under the age of 18.


8. If you wish for a character to be in an explicit situation, please provide me with their
canon age (i.e. their bio). If anything is uncomfortable for me, I will decline this in specific.



9. I am alright with selling art to those under the age of 18 (No Minor younger than 13 years of age can Commission me).

Buying art from me while under the age of 18 implies that you have a PayPal/Credit or
Debit Card or are authorized to use someone else’s. By commissioning, please have full
authorization of the PayPal/Card owner to purchasing art.



10. My prices are non-negotiable. If my prices don’t suit your budget, then you may exit and access another artist.



11. If the commission you are purchasing from me is a gift for someone else (i.e. Anniversary, Birthday,
etc.), please let me know within the form so that I can configure my schedule accordingly to fit the
timing for the Gift.

If it conflicts with my schedule and I’m unable to work around it, I may not be able to fulfill (or even accept) your commission. If that’s the case, I’ll refund you.


12. I have the right for Commissions that I create with a Watermark as Re-Distribution to my other social media platforms. However, you have ownership over the piece I sent in Private Messages.


13. I am not responsible for anything that the commissioned piece is used for after it has been sent to the
Commissioner. My ownership has been relinquished to you. All liability for me is Void after the Commission.


14. Payments for Commissions will be PAYPAL. Any other payment method that is compatible with
the Invoices Service of PAYPAL is welcome as well, but double-check to make sure that it is available.


15. I will send you an invoice to the email address that you have provided for me only after the commission information within the Commission Form has been approved.
Do not send the money to my email address with my PayPal; only send it when I exclusively request it with an invoice via PayPal.

16. A PayPal Invoice expires after 36 hours (1.5 Days). If there is no response for this, the commission slot will be reopened.

17. A Commission Slot will only be taken after I truly receive the payment and has been processed through my PayPal account.

18. One Slot is equal to One Commissioner.
A commissioner can take up to a maximum of specified slots (if available) per opening.

19. A Commission batch will have a maximum of what the opening specifies.

20. Any references provided for your commission must be available during the process of your
Commission.

21. Unless the commission specifications are coherent enough, I can send you a sketch to get your approval on how your commission is coming along, in case there’s anything you need for me to fix (i.e. a specific tiny detail of a character design, character expression, possible mistakes or errors, etc.).

22. Please, do not rush the process.I have Mental Disorders and Disablities that limit my speed when it comes to art. The main culprits are my OCD, Anxiety, and Aspergers which amplify my hyperfixation on my art quality or my lifestyle. There will be no Deadline given other than your Slot will be after another Slot.
